Deveining and peeling our fresh shrimp is optional. Our shrimp molt frequently, making their shell soft and thin. No need to devein our shrimp because their environment and feed is free of antibiotics, hormones, toxins, and pollutants.
Cooking our shrimp with their heads on will enhance the flavor of the meat. After cooking, heads are easily removed, if preferred.
